Admin Mods: I use Mani Mod, SourceMod and eventscript (all plugins are cheked for errors with logs).
Full Install Command: This is not the first server that i install, i use your srcds install tutorial.
NETWORK AND BANDWIDTH INFO:
Bandwidth: 100mb/s metro and 20/mbs dedicated in internet.
Speed test with NY 70mb/s DOWN and 40mb/s UP
with IT 13mb/s DOWN and 7mb/s UP
CONFIG ISSUES

PROBLEM with server:
Its very very wired, some thimes the server hold up to 30 players and is working nice but sometimes he crash and he auto restart in 10 secs.
I check every addon (manimod, sourcemod, eventscript) all are fine, (i use them in another server and there is working good.)
The wired part is: Server is crash randomly, some thimes with more than 20 players sometimes with 4 and doesn't matter what map is runing, most happen in
dust2. I update the server, i deleted and re-instaled for 2 times and the same result. I disabled mani mod, sourcemod and event script and the same result.
In this server i run only 2 servers (the public one with 40 slots and a war server with 13 slots, but this one is not used. The war server is runing well.)
