Urgent Start Up Error

I am having this issue that I need to fix asap. I am running a Ubuntu Desktop x86_64, AMD Phenom 9500 Quad Core, 4GB DDR2 Ram server.

I am attempting to turn on a Goldeneye Source server using:

./srcds_run -game gesource +map ge_runway +maxplayers 16

I am new to Linux, so this is probably just some stupid permissions mistake, or command mistake.

If anyone thinks they know what I'm doing wrong please feel free to help, I have to get this server up and running in a few hours for my website.

In addition I am running the latest desktop distro of Ubuntu 10.10.

(and don't ask me why that mod uses an encryption library, I already wondered myself...)
