Just a quick check, why are you adding it as a virtual server? Google Port-Forwarding, with your router model and make.

Just my opinion, Not sure if you are doing it correctly.

Hm okay, I do it in Virtual Server because my router is different from all others.

If you want to verify if they are open or not, you could use a port checker tool.

I did, I got one from http://www.portforward.com but it always says that my ports are not open. Got a better one?

It should do well. I don't think any other tool would provide a different output.

What about your firewall?

Firewall allows it. But I was reading up somewhere on here. That you need to put 27015 port in your firewall? Is this possible? If so, how can I do it?

You need to grant full access to SRCDS. Just add it as an exception in your firewall.

Edit, Sorry, If it's something to do with the ports then I'm screwed, my dad locked me out of the router..

At the back of the router, there should be a button in black which you can press.
It resets the password and everything to default. Use that and open the ports again.

Add srcds.exe to your firewall, should be enough.
About opening ports, read this:
PortForwarding, confirmation
