Whats this problem

For some reason on all my servers when somebody joins the game it shows 4 times like

$imon has joined the game
$imon has joined the game
$imon has joined the game
$imon has joined the game

and the players show 4 times on the server list, It isn't major but it's annoying I wanna know what the cause of it is.


Yes, those are bots but it does it for normal players too.
