LAN Server Config / Problems

Does anyone have a good LAN server config handy for CS:Source?


Also.. Has anyone ever had any problems with connection times to the server? It seemed that Windows 7 and Windows XP clients seemed to take literally 10-15 to connect to a lan server.. while windows vista clients seemed to connect normally.. ie. 30sec-1min..

EDIT:

This happens at Sending Client Info.. There is no internet connection available btw.. I heard this is a LAN issue..

set the rates as high as possible (thats what i do at lan's)

well, a lan server config is the same as an internet server..
maybe install cssdm on it?
