Help with WCS

Yeah i have try everything with download es_tool, evensprict and wc3
and put it in, but it fucked up with some dll error

Will someone here who have a WCS server, maybe uploade the whole so i just can copy paste it in my server please

When i put es and wcs in, it can load, but not when es_tools comes....

What's the error? Also I'm not sure that es_tools are up to date with the newest version of CSS.

i think they stop doing es_tools, though may have to double check on that.
