bad laggs

i'm running a CSS DM/RPG surf server, there were 16players on and ALMOST no laggs, but now experiance bad laggs when someone joins!, what i mean is that if im alone on server and someone joins i get bad laggs :O

yea i got eventscript, source rpg, css dm, show damage, voteing system.

Do you have fast download redirect setup? If so, that can be the cause of your lag, also I would lower your rate to 25000 and see if that helps.

what do u mean with that fast download thing?. My rate is 30000 but i can lower it to 25000

Fast download redirect's, as in hosting custom content on another server, and has it download from that server. That will improve your lag greatly. Here is more info on the fast download. http://forums.srcds.com/viewtopic/5240

ok thx! ^^, i got a last question, installed say sounds and then some sounds but when i join i dont download them, why?, i enabled sv_allowdownload 1

Either the plugin is not loaded correctly, or they are in the wrong place, or they are not on the download list.
