I didn't find anything.

Actually I want to run this server on the same ip but in different port.
I have a server running well on port 27015 and I want to run a second server on port 27016. I typed port 27016 at the shortcut and I put "ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:27016" on server.cfg and nothing happened.
Can you please help me?

Try removing your addons in the first place and then add them one by one, to find out witch one causes the problem.

+1 always addons giving the server a problem, you probably missed a config on one.
