I have a TF2 server and was wondering is there any config cvars or something to add to the server.cfg specific to TF2 that I should use is there a list?

depends if its a public or private server for league games.

For leagues e.g.:

tf_damage_disablespread 1
tf_weapon_criticals 0
tf_use_fixed_weaponspreads 1
