Server Problem

Wassup guys, i got problem in SRCDS Win 7 (x64) Home Premium Im very sad because the install taken soo long.. Now to the error. I have did every single step of videos in YouTube and still when i press my "Run SRCDS" and it says 256 fps rate on map surf_greatriver_xdr4m and i can see it on my Steam Servers list, but when i connect to it, it loads sometime and then says : "Connection failed after 4 retries" and on my friends "Server is not responding." Heres my Run SRCDS properties: C:\SRCDS\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -tickrate 66 -ip 192.168.1.3 -port 27050 -maxplayers 8 +map surf_greatriver_xdr4m -auto update (PS. My ip is correct...) but what i have to do cause i have Port Forwarded (I dont know did i do it correctly) Please answer soon

To unlock more fps set the following cvar in your configuration(server.cfg) file:

Wait, you have NOT port forwarded?
Do that with instruction from http://portforward.com/

I think i have port forwarded it, but i need to check, i take pictures. But im not sure.

Just forward 27000-27050 TCP and UDP. And 1200 UDP and TCP.

What's your network setup? Do you have multiple routers?

Check your ports and see if others may connect!

While im gonna install the PFChecker or whatever it wont install? Its says pfc.exe or something stopped working. And no i dont have multiple routers.

Why put his computer at higher security risks?

THERES NO NEED TO FORWARD THAT MANY PORTS, YOU ONLY NEED TO FORWARD 27015 (TCP & UDP) TO GET IT WORKING!

The only way to check if your ports are open correctly, is if people can connect. I do not ever trust those programs or websites because they told me my 80 port(http) was closed. Lol. Just try to get your friends into the game, and if that doesn't work, Forward port 27016. I run that one. Works FINE!
