Gmod Server Won't Go Online

Hello everyone, I have a Gmod server and it was working perfectly good yesterday by going online, and now today it doesn't go online. It only goes to LAN mode. I have forwarded the ports

GMOD - 4380 - 4380 - UDP
GMOD - 27000 - 27030 - UDP
GMOD - 27014 - 27050 - TCP

On the console it says initializing all the startup scripts then says
Network : IP 192.168.1.105, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27016 SV / 27006 CL

And also i have all sv_lan's set to ZERO (0)
My router did not turn off or mess up or anything.

Any help?

Specs :
Server OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x86
Processor: Intel Core i5 750 @ 3.0 GHz
Ram: 6gb DDR3
Game(s): Garry's Mod
Admin Mods: None

Well two things came up to me here:

1. Did the local IP change? (Which would make the port forwarding "invalid").
2. Did you check on port 27015? It seems to me that it is running port 27016(could be because there is something else on 27015?)

Nothing else is on port 27015. I checked.
Also what do you mean local IP? I still connect to my router page by going to 192.168.1.1
Edit : It started to work, oddly.
I hope it doesn't turn off!

What I ment with the local ip was that it might have changed if you restarted the server. If you didn't set a static IP

Dont use your local ip as it wont work use your actual ip which can be found if you type .... whatismyip in your URL
