Engine Error

Server OS: Windows 2003
2 GB of Ram
Intel Xeon CPU E5410 2.33 GHZ
Game: GarrysMod

After having the server up for a few hours the server will crash with an engine error, dealing with precache'ing a model like this:

Make sure your addons are up to date. Maybe try to disable them and then see what might happen.

I'm using SRCDS Guardian, I just got this error:

When I click away the error the server will restart.
Is there anything I can do so that the error will automatically go away?

Hmm engine bug - that's refering to my first post. It was fixed in other games but not garrys mod. I think
