Before update Nov 19 everything was okey... (I use VPS)
Yeah... fps are unstable too and very low:

I ask my VPS provider, and his says that everything is okey with load and etc... This problem shows after i update server ...

yes for the VPS provider everything probably is ok, because a VPS is usually designed for web hosting etc. but not for game servers. game servers have a much higher need for a fast response, while web servers more need a high throughput while small delays do not matter.
and especially in a VPS there is nothing you can do about it. you cannot optimize the kernel or so...
