Debian 5 64bit tickrate drop in srcds! [Serious Problem!]

I have a fresh install of srcds, running on a Dual QuadCore Opteron with 12GB RAM on a 100Mbit port. Fairly fresh Debian install with stock kernel. I'm using this command line:

./srcds_run -game cstrike -maxplayers 20 +fps_max 600 +map de_dust2 +servercfgfile server.cfg -verify_all -autoupdate

These rates:

sv_maxrate 101
decalfrequency 10
sv_maxupdaterate 101
sv_minupdaterate 20

Iptables has 27015 and 27016 open.



I don't know what else to do!
Any thoughts?

sv_maxrate is to low
try sv_maxrate 30000 or 0 for unlimited
sv_minrate are also to low,
sv_minrate standard value is 3500 i use 5000
