Funniest problem ever occured

Don't know whether it is the funniest problem but whatever.

So i spent all day today setting up my servers. The thing is, that only people can join, except for me.. I know it sounds weird but it is like that.

I have port forwarded, that is not the problem. my server is online and functional for all I know, but I CANT connect to my own server.


The error I get is:

"Connection failed after 4 retries"

Help me PLEASE!

Please provide some more information.

Do you play and host on the same computer?
- Same network?
You shall connect with your local IP to the server, others from different networks should use your external ip.

That is the same thing that is happening to me...Everybody else can connect to the server but I cannot...
And the worst part is. when SRCDS is running, I cannot connect to ANY servers. =( I have no idea what is causing this, I have never had this issue before

press windows button (on keyboard) + R, write CMD then write ipconfig, connect thru that IP
192.168.XX.X

That unfortunately doesn't work for me =( But hopefully for moony it does
