Nope.....
Uh, yes there is...
Im using ezUGCC which is free (with basic tools), and im managing fine with the free edition. You should really know what you`re talking about before replying like that, Nisd... Edit: the "ez" edition is the installer-version for Windows, its just next-next-next Bam, you`re done in 10min.

Would not call it nice, as it can't even restart you games if they crash....
You can't even updated them....

No one has heard of gamecreate.com it seems. Free game control panel with a lot of features and over 200+ games on their content server to install, and all come with a configuration file.
Allows for (Pro's): -Auto Restarts -Web Panel configuration editing -Web panel restart/stop (the least you expect) -Ability to add an unlimited amount of server boxes to the list -User accounts etc (with permission editing) -Web Panel FTP (Although I wouldnt really want to use it for uploads) -External Web Commands (so you can create your own "control panel", and the backbone would be gamecreate.com, and your cp just sends commands to it) -Server statistics in graph or table form Con's: -They control the web side of it, you cant download the control panel then upload it to a web server of your choice (unless you want to pay I think). And there is typically a downtime at least once a month (doesn't last too long but can be annoying) - Their content servers are SLOW; I believe you have to use their content because its been configured to allow the gamecreate client to run the servers off of it and identify them. We are looking at 12 - 24 install time of a typical TF2 or Garrysmod server... (Because their content servers are in australia... and there is only one of them) -There is no web panel "update server" command (Which is honestly the most annoying flaw). So you have to update the game servers manually via a bat file. But heck... its the best free control panel I can find. And it's going to stay free! Hope this helps

why don't create your own ? it's easy if you know how to. for example a ts3 webinterface. you just have to create a page with commands and if you select them ,they begin to work maybe they send information to your server.

UGCC as posted above is very good. Been using it for 2 years and never had problems.
Definitely worth the $20!

ServerDoc has a start and stop panel, assuming it still works with srcds since orangebox.
