Hi!
I am trying to up Counter-Strike 1.6 server in local network without permanent Internet connection.
I downloaded last version HLDS server from Steam and ran it. Server worked properly. But when I disconnected Internet server don't start.
That is server console log:
That's all! If wait about 10 minutes server starts to execute server.cfg, but each instruction will be execute about 2 minutes. When cvars are set completely server don't start round still. But if I have connection to Internet, loading takes 2 seconds.
I have not capability to up Internet connection on server always. What can I do to resolve this problem?
