Garry's Mod Server Downloads Issue

I have a Garry's Mod server with custom maps. Some of the maps have a materials folder and others that came with them. I uploaded all files to both the game server and the redirect.
When connecting to the server, it downloads only the map from the redirect and none of the materials, etc.

Any way to fix this?

Should be. But nevermind this topic. I can't get the server to stop crashing randomly even on a new install. So I'm just going to switch to another game.
