Cant join server

Like the topic said i cant join the server
here is what my console says

anything wrong here?
if so how can i fix it?
also if everything is looking good is it the ip i entered?

did u forward the ports if so go to http://www.whatsmyip.org and look for the port checker and type 27015

also i saw someone come into my server...
i guess is the I.P then..well i think

i have the exact same problem my ports seem to be timedout whatever the hell that means i need help here

for one.. for you to join your server, you would join useing the lan ip (if your on the same lan) and everyone else would have to join your server with the external ip. soo if someone else joind your server, then congrats, it works! you would join your server useing 192.168.1.47:27015 or on the lan tab, and it should work.
