Extremely Odd Server Crash

Processor: Xeon 3460 @ 2.8
Ram: 8GB
Game(s): Counter-Strike Source - srcds.exe -game cstrike -console +ip XX.XXX.XXX.XX -port XXXXX +maxplayers XX +map de_dust2
Admin Mods: Metamod and Sourcemod

My css server started to randomly crash however it would not fully crash. A full crash to me is when the service becomes stuck has to stop and restart. This server just says connection has timed out then you can rejoin. Also TCAdmin does not send an email stating the server has stopped responding it just logs it in the more info section as a crash. Now i have uninstalled metamod and source and let it run barebone and it crashed again with the same exact reason. Windows error log states the following file is the issue.

Any help on this would be great i have tried everything even reinstalling the whole server and this is the only one out of 8 that does this.

Is it a freshly downloaded server, or is there any plugins installed?

I have ran it as a fresh download from steam with no plugins and it still crashes. I have ran it with addons and it still crashes. I have ran it with brand new snapshots of sourcemod and it has crashed, i have ran it with old snapshots and it has crashed.

I am to the point where i am about to pick the server box up chuck it out the data center and smash it with a baseball bat.

If it were linux i would have told you to reinstall some libs, but that's not the case...

This seems like a very strange problem, do you have anything in the application event log? Anything from TCAdmin? I think it's related to TCAdmin.

I doubt its related to TCAdmin.

If this is the only one of 8 that does this with a vanilla install, it just doesn't make sense...

Windows always means issues..

Eh... Only times I encounter this kind of problem is when you use the wrong engine with your game files ( for 3rd party mods )
