[RESOLVED] say command not working

So here is the deal, i have 2 css server and at one of them the say command doesnt do a thing.
Can someone help me with that??

maybe some plugin is blocking it? disable all plugins and try again.

Thanks! it was the THC_RPG plugin blocking it!!
But this is the plugin the server is about you know how to solve this?
Or should i use a different RPG mod?

I don't know that plugin, but maybe someone else. Or maybe the plugin has a support forum? But first have a close look at its configuration files, maybe it's just a simple setting.

Installed sourcerpg and that even reduces some lagg.
