Does anybody now if ur abel to get the server to upload the sourcetv demos till an ftp server?

srcds cannot upload the demos itself, but you can configure the ftp server to directly serve the demo files from the game directory (beware: this way it probably also servers the configuration file with passwords).

More secure ways:
- Cronjob/ scheduled tasks that checks every x minutes if a .dem files is available and moves/uploades them - write a programm that parses the logfiles of the server and if a demo is recorded uploads it In all cases you are on your own
