Can i create a log file..

Hey, i was wondering if anyone knew if there could be a way for me to look back at some kind of an log file when i return to my computer and see what happened on the server for example, who joined the game, ip's and steam id's, what admins did and stuff like that?

or am i maybe missing something out.. is there already a file like this in my server folder ?

Logs are in the logs folder. Look for these lines in the server.cfg:

log 1
mp_logdetail 1

There was no Logs folder in cstrike .. and i couldn't find those cvars in the server.cfg but adding them will make a logs folder in cstrike and files of what happened in the last run of the server ?
