[Windows] "Bad password" [CS:S]

Hello,
I have a Dedicated CSS Server with Mani Admin Plugin and CSSMatch installed on it. When I'm trying to connect on my server, everything works properly (I type the pwd ...). But when friends want to connect they have an error message "Bad password". The problem is that the "box" where you can type the pwd don't appear.
They click on "Connexion" and they suddenly have "Bad password".
What's the problem ?

Well :
- Windows Seven 64bits.
- Game : Counter-Strike:Source
- Startup command : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Valve\HLServer\orangebox\srcds.exe" -console -game cstrike +maxplayers 4 +map de_dust2 -tickrate 100 +ip 192.168.0.1 -port 27015 -autoupdate"
- My box is connected to the Web in Ethernet.

Must I add something more which can help. Server.cfg ?

Have your friends type this in console:

connect <ip>;password <password>

Such as:
connect 204.27.62.226;password lol

Okey.. i got the same problem.. but i cant remember putting any password in o.O

and if i want to put in a password then where? or what if i dont want to have password?
