What's Wrong?
#1
Hello,
Something went wrong, what? (Port forwarding, maybe?)
Me.

Server OS: Mac OS 10.6.4, running Wine (latest version) with no Winetricks
Processor: 2.16 GHz Intel Core Duo
Ram: 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
Game(s): Team Fortress 2, although I think that it doesn't matter, as it probably is port forwarding that is the problem.
Start Up Command: See the pictures.
Admin Mods: SourceMod and Metamod:Source installed and checked.

More info:
-console seems to fail, always.

Not many people here have experience using the Mac OS...
Looking for a game server? Visit fullfrag.com and pick one up as low as $2.50 / mo!

What problems are you having? Why do you have both a GUI and CLI server running?

Please do not PM me for server related help

The server only shows up in LAN, but works there. I want it in the internets. I have done sv_lan 0, no changes.
The prompt window is there only to start the GUI, -console doesn't work, [to be edited tomorrow, I'm on my iPod, now]. So for so far as I know is that 1 server.

Have you forwarded the necessary ports? (27015 UDP & TCP, 1200 UDP)

So also add 27015 (to 27015) UDP and 1200 UDP? Thanks!
[Insert update here]

PS Why I only did 27015 TCP? I thought I remembered that I had to do only that, well, lesson well thought: re-check.

27015 TCP and UDP...

Also, I don't suggest running the srcds.exe using wine... It's probably having problems assigning network interface. I have not seen that error that you're having which tells me its Mac / Wine related ( Since I never use the two )

Try to run it under a virtual instance of windows or linux.

SRCDS uses both protocols aswell... :-) UDP is for the gameserver itself (to let people join the server), and TCP is for the rcon-server (letting you, and other auth'ed users control your server through rcon).

Not yet, please wait for the [update].
[update] Opening more ports did nothing, same thing: LAN only. Well, let's download OpenSUSE!
