Yeah, you need to update today, and i did, and it stills say its out of date why?

How are you updating?
Are you sure you are updating the correct folder?
Did you shut down the server before updates?

Delete the other directories that aren't /tf in the C:\server\SRCDS1\orangebox folder

You have several folders in your "SRCDS1"-folder, including the orangebox folder. Delete all the other folders except for that (that is what loopyman says)

Then you will need to re-run the update. This will redownload all the srcds binaries while leaving your teamfortress files in tact.
