Server shuts down when some connects?

Please help my server shuts down when some connects
 What I've done. [*] Updated [*] Removed SRCDS booster [*] redid the server ___________________________________________ Please help. thanks in advanced.

I guess another case of someone that can not read the news at the servertools builder Pages.
My bet: - Servertools like Mani, Sourcemod are used and outdated (or their offsets) - weren´t downloaded from the builders pages
