L4D2 not connect for get update

Hi guys

I have a serious problem that I really need your help.

I have a 20vs server IP 201.48.140.157:27017 and he is fine, some weeks ago (Like 8 weeks) When L4D2 get a update and I start for download, takes to long for start download, with this update that come today (10/22), it's just 3.3 MB and after 2 hours not connect yet. My another server 200.162.238.248:27018 connected quickly.

I didn't post the server confgs because the support is offline, if is required I'll post soon. I would like to know if there is something wrong for get too long for update. I'ts crazy after 2 hours even 1 %, trying connection.

EDIT:

I updated my srcds here in my pc, and I tried throw the files by ftp in my server that just don't connect for get update.



So, I update those files in the server

left4dead2/bin/addoninstaller_osx
left4dead2/bin/gameui.dll
left4dead2/left4dead2/steam.inf
left4dead2/update/pak01_008.vpk
left4dead2/update/pak01_dir.vpk

Appear this erros

l4d2 unable to load manifest file 'scripts/surfaceproperties_manifest.txt'

If the problem will not solve quickly, I would like update manually

EDIT 2:

Server udpated after 2 hours and 42 minutes. The download was in 15 seconds. Tell me why need more than 2 hours for connect? This problem appear since 9 weeks ago I guess.

Every update the same thing, need hours for connect.

I still with this problem. The download is fine, but need more than 1 hour for connect and start the download, after in 15 secs finish.

Why take to looooooong for start the download?

Is there a way to upload the files of srcds of my PC to host server?

3 months and same problem, every week valve released an idiot update and my server needs 3 hours for connect and start download. Plus nobody can help me.

I miss when valve don't get so much updates for CSS, TF2 and L4D2. Good days, good days!!!! What hell they are doing with their games? Stop update.

Normally when steam release an update, their content servers are having high loads, as thousands of users are downloading the update around the world...

There's no reason for need 2 hours to connect and start the download on a update with 3 MB ONLY! As I said before, the other server connect to fast, just this get to long. There is a problem and I need help :/ .
