You can make a public server where everybody can find the server

But how do you make it none public, so you can only join it by using the Connect command

add a password to the server, i.e. put

into your server.cfg
You can still connect than with the server browser but you will need the password.

You may be able to disable the server heart beat, but I'm not sure exactly how to do that...
