Install/run problem

i follow the tutorial: The tutorial after i installed, game Counter Strike Source, i try'd to run: c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game "Counter-Strike Source" +map de_dust -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate , at run ofcourse, it says that srcds doesnt exist i got to the folder were i installed and it doesnt exist... any command's to install that, did i do something wrong??

BASIC INFO
Server OS: Windows XP Proffessional 32 bit
Processor: AMD Athlon Xp 2600+ 1.14 ghz
Ram: 1.50
Game(s): Countter Strike Source ( i dont have it installed, only on my other PC)
Start Up Command: c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game "Counter-Strike Source" +map de_dust -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate
Admin Mods: None never had the chance to start server...

yes there is a srcds file in there i used the one from tutorial : hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds.

EDIT: It doesn't start...
EDIt2: works, i used cstrike and that launched css Thanks
