Hi guys i just made my own srcds for tf2 and installed sourcemod.But now i wanna install melee and banhamer mod.How can i install it?

usually you need to put the smx file into the plugins directory of sourcemod and put the configuration files into the proper place (documentation will tell you where). but sometimes additional files are required, so yes, you need to read the documentation.
