Dedicated Server Tags

Ok So I was wondering how to put tags to your dedicated server like fastdl, wiremod, etc... You know like you see on the right side of the server list.

I am running a css dedicated server and I wanted to put a fastdl tag on it -
How would I do that?

i think the command is sv_tags (ex. Sv_tags Lowgrav,Cheats,etc.....)
