how to force content server

The sacrifice DLC for L4D/L4D2 released today and some content servers are really busy(if they are working...). The update is so slow and now I keep getting "retry in 30s"...
I know a server close to me works well at this time but I dont know how to select steam content server for a dedicated server. I think some attribute/cvar can do this but I cant remember that...

I was under the impression it just picked on randomly? I don't think you can set the one you want but someone will most likely prove me wrong.
