How to configure Ubuntu server to srcds gave 1000 FPS?
Now only 850 FPS issues

you can try my howto (see signature). but, there is no difference in server quality between 850 and 1000 fps (which are never exactly reached with conventional methods btw.).

Recompile your kernel or download an already recompiled realtime kernel.
