tf2 server won't work after polycount update?

I don't know if this has been solved already but I'm very new to hosting. I got my first tf2 private server running a few weeks ago and mostly everything has been working fine.

But now with the new polycount update with mannconomy I can't connect to my server, nor can anyone else. It says it's an outdated version of the game.

So how do I go about updating srcds tf2 files to support the polycount update?

(I've already tried the basic hldsupdatetool)

You will need to run the same command you used to install it. c:\srcds\hldsupdatetool -command update -game tf -dir c:\srcds -verify_all
