tf2 dedicated server background image

I've spent the past week configuring my new server for team fortress two and everything is finally working. I have one question though:

When you go into a tf2 server, a clan server for example, (or even a css server) they have custom images describing the clan and usually the map rotation.

My question is, is this a simple custom image I can replace with my own image to describe the map rotations?

I'd like to change it.

You have to point your motd.txt as a website that has the image.
