TF2 Server Won't Start

Exclamation
Hey guys, my first post on this forum^^

My friend has a really good machine and I'm helping him with setup etc. of dedicated servers.
I installed TF2 dedicated server, everything went well but I cannot start the srcds.exe for some reason... I'm using SRCDS Guardian 3.0
I get this in the guardian console...

Code:
(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.43) SRCDS Guardian 3.0 has been started!
(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.45) Server is now starting...

(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.45) Server is now ONLINE
(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.45) Watching Server for crashes...

(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.62) Crash or Close detected!
(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.62) Server is now restarting...

(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.62) Server is now ONLINE
(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.62) Watching Server for crashes...

(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.79) Crash or Close detected!
(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.79) Server is now restarting...

(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.79) Server is now ONLINE
(Mon 09/20/2010)(19:52:43.79) Watching Server for crashes...
The launch code is
Code:
C:\TF2\orangebox\srcds.exe -autoupdate -console -port 11500 +maxplayers 32 +map cp_dustbowl -exec C:\TF\orangebox\tf\cfg\config.cfg
I also tried without the -exec part but that didn't work either...

The process doesn't show up in taskcontrol also

Machine specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz and 10 GB RAM running on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition Service Pack 2

I thought it could be .NET because I have experience that some dedicated servers do not work without it. I installed version 3.5 and 4.0 but it still does not work...

I hope you guys can help Smile

Did you install the server?
Are you sure the path is correct?
