[Question] Finding the tv port

I'm a CS:S player and sometimes I like to watch practice games between good teams.

Before the OB update I could just go to http://www.game-monitor.com, search the server name, go to the server summary page, click on Server Variables and I would be able to find the tv_port, now for some reason it just doesn't show that variable.

I'm sure there are still ways to find the tv_port variable without being in the server since you can find it out without rcon access if your in it and type tv_port in your console.

Is there a program that you can use to request information from the server without having rcon access?

Maybe you want to try HLSW: http://hlsw.net/hlsw/download/. You can see the serverrules by using ctrl+u.
