Autoupdate not working.

I'm having a problem with my CSS and TF2 dedicated servers. For some reason the -autoupdate command does not do its job. The servers don't update after a reboot. I have to manually update them with hldsupdatetool. Am I doing something wrong?

Servers run a Windows server 2003. I run them in FireDaemon 3.0. This is the startup line of one of the servers:
-console -game cstrike -ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -port 27015 +maxplayers 20 +map de_dust2 -autoupdate
