Automatic update on srcds?

Hello guys, is there any automatic update for the servers? So you dont need to reinstall the Srcds all the time? It´s really annjoying couse of the updates and i think there is an tool like Srcds gurdinna. So could you guys help me out? =)

Counter-Strike Source Server

create a new bat file and name it: update for css.bat. put this coding inside.

title Update server
hldsupdatetool
echo just updated hlds, working on server now!
pause
hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir C:\srcds
echo Server has been updated, Enjoy!
pause

If your server is installed in a different dir. then just change the letter C to the correct drive letter

This is not what he requested..
This to manually update the server after turning the server down
and you don't have to redownload the whole files OP
the hlds is for updating , installing just remember to specify the right dir

there is startup command in startup line called -autoupdate
but as some member here told me it's only works for linux servers not for windows one it's simply got no use under windows.

You can make a batch script to update the server on startup, but its usually better just to manually update. -autoupdate doesn't work in Windows.

can you please post the patch script

i would like one that auto restart on server crash or quit command as well as check for update on each startup after quit or crash

that would be easier for remote updating just by rcon quit
