Server Not In Internet Section on CounterStrike Source

Hello guys, I am creating a css server, and the PC is running a LAN connection, so I am assuming he is running a modem for internet, I was told that without a router, u dont require any port forwarding, and the server should be in the list, so I took his external IP, and tryed connecting, nothing.


I used his external IP and the ports set, either 27015 or 27016. neither, both give errors.

Any ideas what the problem could be? Any help is greatly apprecaiteD!
