Connection Reset, WinSock Error 10054 "Connection reset by peer"

Every time I try to run the server download, it get's to 95.34% and then I get that error. After I get that error several files are missing in the srcds folder. There was another thread about this before, but they didn't say the reason.
I am trying to download the "Orangebox". So that I can make a Garry's Mod server.

I get this exact error, and it stops at the exact same place for me, down to the file.

You technically posted this in the wrong area, but nevermind.

"Connection reset by peer" technically means that the connection was cancelled on your end.

Try passing the "-verify_all" argument to your hldsupdatetool.exe
