Problem:
Immense lag in-game, netgraph shows a value for IN that is very low, giving a tickrate output of only 25/s at most. I'm using FireDaemon to run the game server as a service, and the parameters are -console -game "cstrike" -secure +map de_dust2 -autoupdate +log on +maxplayers 14 -port 27015 +ip 1.2.3.4 +exec server.cfg
I've seen commands like -ping boost fps_max, but I don't really know what those do entirely, any help on what the problem could be would be great, thanks.
