Dedicated Server, Verizon Fios, Airport Extreme

Okay,

Where to start. I want to host a counter-strike source dedicated server with my verizon fios wired into my airport extreme base station.

The server is setup, I think I've done all my ports but people cannot connect to the server.

Win 7 64-bit
AMD Phenom II X4 920 2.80GHz
8GB Ram
Actiontec router (from ONT, coax) then the airport extreme ethernet from actiontec into airport, then airport into my computer (ethernet).
Local IP: 10.0.1.8
IP: 71.123.128.76
Ports: All the ones listed (theres a lot)

Check the firewall on the server. Open ports 27015 UDP and TCP and then have people try and connect

I've disabled the windows firewall, turned off the firewall on the actiontec router and the airport i've opened those ports.

Still doesn't work. Firewall on the server? huh?

What OS are you using?

Have you forwarded the ports through NAT or just opened them in the firewall?
