Server Suddenly unconnectable

Problem:

YesterDay It Worked fine and all of my friends could join
Now no one can join.

I can connect using

connect 192.168.1.34:27016

They USED to be able to connect using
connect 65.166.82.116:27016


I've reinstalled this server 3 times, I need some answers :C

Your IP probably changed. Start up the server, and give them your IP found at http://www.whatsmyip.org

Did you try having them connect using this? IP's can change frequently:

Yes, but thats not my problem. When people try to just hit join game, they cant, its not responding.

and then no challenge for your address

If you are using your 192.xxx.xxx.xxx.x ip to connect your friends can NOT connect through right clicking your name and clicking join game. They have to connect through the ip you get on http://whatismyip.com

Take the +ip or -ip argument out of your startup line and then try it

That basically makes it private.. How do I fix that?
