Whenever I change the map with mani admin running the server goes and shuts down. and this happens when I change it to any map.

My recommendation: don't use Mani. Use Sourcemod. You will see many less bugs and problems like you are facing with Mani.

Now you see I tried that, and whenever I started the server the server crashed.

Did you take off everything Mani? Did you install both Sourcemod and Metamod based on this manual? http://wiki.alliedmods.net/Installing_SourceMod

A big step people forget is to generate their MetaMod VDF file (which launches MetaMod). Be sure you do that.

What does it say when you type meta list in RCON?

i cant do meta list because when its installed it compleatly crashes after startup

What is the contents of your vdf file you created for Metamod in addons?

I figured out the crazy reason i put 1 to many slots for the slot count
