People cant connect

Im attempting to run a gmod server on windows 7 64 bit

my target for the server is C:\Srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_flatgrass +hostport 27016 +tv_port 27012 -maxplayers 8 -autoupdate

my server config is

i have ports 27000-27002 forwarded and also ports 27015-27016 forwarded
i can connect to my own server but every one else gets the connection failed after 4 retries can anyone help me i have all my firewalls off

Try taking out +hostport 27016 +tv_port 27012, and put in -port 27016

k i did what u said and now 1 person i know can connect but no one else
