Cant get new version of HLDSUpdateTool using CMD (C: cd \srcds hldsupdatetool)

I can't get passed the first step
I searched run clicked on it then typed CMD and pressed enter
Then i typed the following C:
cd \srcds
hldsupdatetool
(as shown on the web site http://wiki.garrysmod.com/?title=Windows_Dedicated_Server_Setup)
and i get this
c:\users\ronnie>hldsupdatetool
'hldsupdatetool' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I have made a srcds server befor and it worked and i have never encountered this before ,but i have recently wiped my hardrive so i have to remake the srcds server
I also took a pic of the error and my srcds files

OK i fixed it i made a text document and put hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game left4dead2 -dir .
pause
and saved it as update.bat then duble clicked it

m8 here is some commands, put them in a bat file and run it, then it should work:

C:
cd C:/SRCDS/L4D2/Updater
HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -game "left4dead2" -dir "C:/SRCDS/L4D2"

dont forget to install the HldsUpdateTool.exe downloaded here: http://www.steampowered.com/download/hldsupdatetool.exe
in this folder: C:/SRCDS/L4D2/Updater
