People cant connect to the server

Hello guys, I am running a srcds server, and people cant connect.


I give them my external IP from

whatismyip.com



and i went to

192.168.1.1

which is my router login,

and i open the ports


27015
and give my other IP,

and then click add, btw i run netgear router



and then i give people this IP


97.97.157.24:27015

and it says connecting failed after 4 retries.


plz help!

Try opening ports 27000-27040 UDP and TCP, and make sure your firewall isn't blocking it. Open ports 27015 on both UDP and TCP there.
