SRCDS CSS Server crashes on startup

Server OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 250 Processor 3.00GHz
Ram: 3.00GB
Game(s): Counter Strike Source
Start Up Command: C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +ip 192.168.1.6 -port 27015 +map de_dust2 -maxplayers 20 -autoupdate
Admin Mods: Mani Admin Plugin

I click on the SRCDS shortcut and the console pops up, scrolls through a ton of code and all the sudden closes, I wish I could get a screen shot but its to fast to get it.

In your server.cfg, add the line log on, and remove any lines that say log 0 or log off. This will make log files in the logs folder, and allow you to read what the errors might be.

where are the log files located?

Go to mani-admin-plugin.com and make gametype.txt here: http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=90&Itemid=73 , replace the existing file in cfg\mani-admin-plugin\

I already have with no luck.... Its still doing the same thing, the console pops up for a second then it disappears, I don't think it's even able to log in that amount of time.....
